Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.
SeaMemo is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Complaints about a transaction concluded there, including refunds, are handled by those platforms under their own terms. Everything else reaches us directly at [email protected].
